Refund Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all users and customers of Placement Solution India (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By availing our services, you agree to the terms stated below

* All payments for services at *Placement Solution India* must be made *100% in advance* in favor of Placement Solution India only.
* We have not authorized any individual or organization to collect payments under any other name (e.g., via personal bank accounts, Western Union, PayPal, etc.).
* The Company will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused due to payments made to unauthorized individuals or fraudulent accounts.
* In case you come across such fraudulent activity, kindly inform us immediately.

* Once subscribed, *fees paid for services are non-refundable*.
* No refund claim will be entertained for reasons including (but not limited to):
* Change in personal preferences.
* Delay in recruitment/placement processes due to client-side issues.
* User’s dissatisfaction with the nature of job leads, unless specifically covered below.

* If you do not receive *a single verified lead* from our side within *six (6) months* of your subscription, you may raise a refund request.
* In such cases, you will be eligible for a *50% refund* of the service fees paid.
* Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within *30 business days* after proper verification.

* If a Member has been charged extra due to technical or billing errors, Placement Solution India will refund the excess amount paid.
* Such refunds will be made *free of interest*.

* Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and for any transactions carried out using their credentials.
* Placement Solution India assumes *no responsibility* for misuse of credit/debit cards, net banking, or any other payment instruments used by subscribers.
* Refunds will *not* be issued for losses arising from user negligence or fraudulent activity outside the Company’s control.

* Once an order for any paid service is placed, it *cannot be canceled*, as processing begins immediately.
* Change in user preference, requirements, or circumstances cannot be considered as grounds for refund or cancellation.

* Placement Solution India provides services on a *best-effort basis* and does not guarantee employment, job offers, or recruitment success.
* The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses due to the use of its services.
