Welcome to Placement Solution India (“Company”). We are a PAN-India business placement and recruitment service provider connecting job seekers with employers. By accessing or using our website, services, or platform (“Services”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Company Refers to Placement Solution India.
User/Member: Refers to job seekers, employers, or any individual using our Services.
Employer: Refers to businesses or organizations seeking candidates through our platform.
Candidate: Refers to job seekers using our Services to find employment opportunities.
Services: Include job placement, recruitment, resume posting, job advertisements, and career consulting offered by Placement Solution India.
Registration Data: All information provided by Users during registration, including but not limited to name, address, contact details, and resume information.
Date of Activation: The date on which the Company approves a User’s registration and grants access to the Services.
Expiry Date: The date on which Services are terminated, suspended, or discontinued.

1. Placement Solution India acts as an intermediary between Employers and Candidates.
2. The Company does not guarantee job placement or hiring for any Candidate.
3. Employers are solely responsible for hiring decisions, job descriptions, and employment contracts.
4. Candidates are responsible for ensuring all information they provide is accurate, truthful, and complete.
5. Services may be free or fee-based depending on the agreement between the Company and the User.

* Users must provide *accurate and up-to-date information*.
* Any fraudulent, misleading, or false data will result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
* Employers must comply with *all applicable Indian employment laws* when hiring through the platform.
* Candidates must maintain professionalism during the hiring process.
* Users must keep their *login credentials confidential* and notify the Company of unauthorized use.
* By registering, Users agree to receive communications (via Calls, SMS, Emails, or Chat) related to services, even if listed on the *Do Not Disturb (DND)* registry.

* Employers may be required to pay service or subscription fees for recruitment services.
* Fee structures and payment terms will be defined in separate agreements or invoices.
* No charges apply to job seekers unless explicitly stated.
* All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive purposes.
2. Upload or transmit any content containing viruses, malware, or harmful components.
3. Infringe intellectual property rights, copyrights, or trademarks of others.
4. Engage in spamming, harassment, or unsolicited messaging.
5. Misuse the platform to mislead or deceive other Members.
6. Post or distribute pornographic, offensive, or illegal material.

Violation of these rules will result in *suspension, termination, or legal action* by the Company.

* Placement Solution India follows applicable *data protection laws*.
* User information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
* Users are prohibited from misusing or disclosing confidential information obtained through the platform.

* Placement Solution India is not responsible for hiring outcomes, employment disputes, or employer decisions.
* The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of job postings or candidate profiles.
* The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses, damages, or disputes arising from employment or recruitment agreements between Users

Placement Solution India reserves the right to terminate or suspend any User’s access to Services without prior notice if:

* The User breaches these Terms.
* The User engages in unlawful or prohibited activities.
* Regulatory authorities or public interest require such termination.

Users may also discontinue using the Services at any time by submitting a written request for account deactivation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of *India. Any disputes arising from the use of our Services shall be subject to the **exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India*.

This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the User and Placement Solution India regarding the use of Services. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to be enforceable.
